Where do you ship to?

  • We are currently able to ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand! We are looking to expand this soon.

Can you ship to my country? Your website says it doesn’t ship there currently.

  • Yes, of course! We are still new to running our own website, and haven’t finished setting up all the options for International sales yet. But we will endeavour to organise a custom listing for you, either via Shopify or via an external site such as Etsy, PayPal or through Instagram.
How long does it take for pre-ordered items to arrive?
  • Pre-ordered Tote Bags are custom printed for you! The design may not be in stock and so we may have to order in new ink transfers and blank bags. Because of this reason, our pre-order bags have a processing period of 1-2 weeks.
There is a specific creature I’d like on a tote bag, can I order a custom design?
  • Absolutely! We're always excited to illustrate new designs! Feel free to get in touch with us via our email and we'll discuss your idea!

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

  • In the event that your order has somehow gotten lost in transit, please contact us via the Contact Us page on the website, or via the email address: cleverbunnyshop@gmail.com. Please make sure you have checked your items shipping times, as Preorder Items may take up to two weeks!
Do you take commissions?
  • Yes! If you're interested in a commission, please contact us via our email and we'll discuss your idea!
How do I remove the creases from my tote bag?
  • Your bags may arrive with creases from being folded for transport. These will naturally flatten out with use, however you can iron the back of the bags or through a towel, on a low-medium heat. But do not iron on the image!
Who is the rabbit on your logo?
  • That is Lex! Our spoilt house bunny! He makes all the important decisions behind the business.
