Shipping policy

UK SHIPPING (This includes England, Wales and Scotland)

We offer free standard shipping on all orders being shipped to UK residents. (This excludes Ireland as it is classed as part of the EU under shipping rules.)

Our orders are sent via either Royal Mail Second Class or International Standard. You may upgrade your shipping to Tracked by purchasing the Tracked Shipping upgrade!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently only able to ship to Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines and the United States, but we are working on expanding our shipping range! If you are outside of our shipping area, please feel free to get in contact and we will try to organise a custom order for you! Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for you. It starts at £2 but will increase with order weight/size. Some stickers will likely be a shipping cost of £2, whereas a tote bag will likely be a shipping cost of around £7. Multiple bags will be a much higher shipping cost as it changes from being a large letter to a small parcel.

International Customers are responsible for any import/customs fees.

 

DISPATCH & PROCESSING TIMES

Our dispatch and processing times will vary depending on the items you have ordered and on your location. Please see below for examples;

ART PRINTS / NON-CUSTOM NECKLACES / STICKERS / DISCOUNTED ITEMS

These are items we already have in stock, so the processing times are 3-5 working days.

UK orders will then take 1-3 working days to arrive with you.

International orders will take up to 5-9 working days.

Please be aware that during busy periods such as Christmas, there may be postal delays and strikes! These delays are completely out of my control and are not a reflection on the services of the Clever Bunny team. Please order early in the run-up to Christmas as this can be a very busy time for us.

PREORDER TOTE BAGS

These are designs we do not have in stock. This is why they are classed as a pre-order. The transfers will need to be ordered in and then the bags will be custom printed for you. These have a processing time of 1-2 weeks.

UK orders will then take 1-3 working days to arrive with you.

International orders will take up to 5-9 working days.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom items have different processing times. Please see the specific listings for more information or contact us!
